Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Paypal only. We do have eftpos available over the counter.

Q. Do your products have warranties?

A. Absolutely! All goods sold in Australia are covered by statutory warranties. Because we manufacture our own goods, it is very unlikely that there will be an obvious manufacturing fault like a missing eyelet but if there is, please let us know ASAP and we will repair, refund or replace.

We cannot offer replacement warranties on products where the product has been damaged as a result of misadventure or factors beyond our control.

Please note: we will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products- especially tarpaulins. Pulled eyelets or tears as a result of incorrect tie down, excess pressure or strong winds are beyond our control and are not covered by the warranty.

Q. Can I return my product if I don’t use it?

A. We will only accept returns provided the product is a standard product and is returned to us in a resaleable condition. Products will be subject to a 15% restocking and admin fee.

Q. Is Canvas waterproof?

A. Canvas comes “proofed” or coated to help with water resistance. The stitch holes shrink after the canvas tarp has weathered which is why it is important to wet the canvas thoroughly before use.

Canvas should also be dried before storage to prevent rot and mildew.

We use a waterproofing agent on the stitches of our canopies to ensure that it is ready to use.

Q. How do I clean my canvas from mould?

A.

Do not expose to petrol, oil or solvents.

To kill mould, spray it with distilled white vinegar. Let dry. Clean it: Scrub it lightly with a soft brush using a mixture of salt, lemon, and hot water. Avoid using detergent soaps or bleach which is harsh on canvas and tough to rinse out.
