If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns due to the nature of our custom-made products.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
• Discounted or Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original condition.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Items cannot be returned if we deem them too customised or complicated to resell.
• Simple ‘Change of mind’ returns will not be authorised due to the nature of all our custom-made products. Please purchase carefully based on this!
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Ensure all goods have not been damaged or used.
2. Email us via our contact us page with your order number and item you wish to return
3. If you case meets the requirements above the item can be initiated for return (freight costs at buyer’s expense)
Returns will be processed within 4 weeks of receiving the returned item. In most cases the return of funds will occur much sooner than this.
There are no returns accepted on international deliveries.
